Do Your Taxes as Easy as 123

This software is so easy to use and it takes the guesswork out of how to fill out your taxes. It even checks all of your answers to make sure that there are no mistakes.
What's great about it: Software asks you questions to make it easier to fill out the tax forms.

Found me a $600 tax credit!

I think this was the best version of the program in years. Well designed and easy to use, and most important, the analysis of my return helped me to find a $600 credit I did not know existed. Thank you!

Was a TaxAct user initially but once I switched to turbo tax over 10 years ago I have never looked back. The system is very easy to use and always double checks your info. I really enjoy using the comparative information so I don't overlook information I used in a previous year.
What's great about it: ease of use, checks, audit alert, merge of previous years info

unhappy and unable to print

I was unable to print or get anything other than garbled info when I attempted to review the PDF. There was no 800 number and the solutions you offered did not help. I felt froze and unsure of if I should proceed or not.... Would very much like to be contacted by Turbo tax folks to boost my confidence in their product!!! No file attached just tell me how to fix the problem!
