2013 Final Taxes

Above says it all. I have used TurboTax for more than 20 years and it continues to improve. Its noting short of a miracle how TT can find the correct forms and input the data with a minimum of pain. Keep it up; you have a lifetime fan here.
What's great about it: Turbo tax continues to simplifiy this annual drudgery
What's not so great: Not so easy to pick apart how Turbotax calculated my estimated taxes for 2014

Like a Walk in the Park

Initially pretty easy to use for the beginner or advanced user. It makes tax time a little less stressful.
What's great about it: Transfers data from previous year
What's not so great: Slow download and install when updates are available

Better than ever, every year it improves even more

TurboTax just keeps getting better. I don't believe in the principle of "If it isn't broke, don't fix it". I'm of the belief that even the best things can be improved. There is a management principle called Kaizen that suggests every thing can be improved a little bit every day and I'm glad that Intuit applies that same principle to TurboTax year after year.
Every year after doing my tax return I think it works great. Then the next year, the product still has more time saving and efficiency improvements. Doing my returns with TurboTax gives me the confidence that my return is accurate, fair for all, and that I have been able to pay my fair share of taxes but also allowed me to follow the tax laws that enable all of us to use the deductions that each of us are entitled to.
Thanks again Intuit for TurboTax!
What's great about it: I'm confident that my tax return has been filed fairly.
What's not so great: I did not find the short amount of time to do them sooner.

A Very Positive Experience!

Overall, TurboTax does ROCK! I have been using TurboTax for the past 15 plus years, and I am a true believer! You got it going on! One suggestion - with that many years of my tax history, you could provide suggestions how I should/could improve my tax situation. Even for an "assessment fee", I would be pleased to review and consider as you are the "Tax Expert!"
What's great about it: Very Intuitive - A Logical Step by Step Process
What's not so great: Provide Suggestions based on previous returns ways to improve tax situation.

Excellent program. Sure makes tax season easier than doing it by hand.
What's great about it: Thorough but easy to follow interview process
What's not so great: Would have liked to see the worksheets and/or forms as I completed the appropriate sections

Doing the best we can together

Taxes are never fun for anyone. This product gives us the peace of mind to know we are doing the best we can to take advantage of any and all breaks afforded to us. It is easy to use and concise. It allows us to get the job done efficiently and correctly without the middle man.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Concise

If you do your own taxes, you should be using Turbo Tax. Get all the deductions to which you are entitled.
What's great about it: Every form availabe, accurate and fast
What's not so great: All's good
