Another good year with TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for many years. It has been very simple to use. I can see myself using TurboTax for many years to come.
What's great about it: TurboTax is very simple and easy to use.
What's not so great: It doesn't make me file early!

did ok until had to decide what to put (and where) to correctly calculate state taxes for 2 states when I had an annuity payout for housing downpayment
What's great about it: relatively sttraightforward
What's not so great: very confusing when dealing with annuity payout and partial state residency!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Love Turbo Tax Software!

I have been using Turbo Tax Software for 10+ years. I love the ease of use. I did have a problem with User ID, Password, and challenge question, which asked me what is your grade school. When I entered it, the school wasn't recognized. I then tried two other schools I attended but none were recognized. Needless to say, I got locked out. I contacted Tonya today, and she was very patient in making sure I was able to create a new PW and challenge question. She waited until I completed the process, and it was smooth sailing after that. I was able to pay for my State Tax process, and file my taxes electronically. Yeah! It's done!
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: None that I can see.

Many years of great service!

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax and I love it! Easy to do in the privacy of my computer room and it gives me information as soon as I enter the numbers! It checks again and again to be sure I did not want to add or change anything. No need to be a computer geek to make it work.
What's great about it: Most of the time the instructions and the questions are easy to follow. 2013 was easier for me than last year.
What's not so great: I cannot think of any!

No Refund, but Easy

Better than a CPA

I have used Turbo tax since 2006 and love it. Even if I decide to use a tax accountant I would first use TT to organize my records. Turbo Tax sets the gold standard for excellent software.
What's great about it: Organized, creates records for you, saves it all in a pdf at your fingertips
What's not so great: Occasionally doesn't handle some tax situations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax for 12 years, and have had no problems.
Even when I owe tax (like I did this year), the payment process is practically painless.
I still recommend TurboTax to friends who ask me about tax software.
What's great about it: Easy to learn, and easy to use.
What's not so great: None that I know.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and it has always done a good job. My taxes are always simple and I don't want any hassles, so it's worth the price for the peace of mind.
