Love Turbo Tax!!!!!

I have used Turbo tax for many years, and I have always been happy about how well it works, and the on line fileing is easy. I like the fact that I can work on my taxes when it is convenient for me, even if in the middle of the night! Thanks Intuit for making tax time less painfull!
What's great about it: Turbo tax is user friendly and the help feature is great!

The Best Tax Software

Great software and easy to use...you don't have to be a tax Guru to use it. If you can read and follow instructions, you can use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use and tons of helpful guides.
What's not so great: No free state e-file.

After having paid a lot of money for an accountant to do my taxes, only to find that I did not get back the most on my return!
I start to do Turbo Tax and now I sell it to who ever tells me they pay too much to have their taxes done! I preach the ease of your program and the step by step help available to me!
The most comforting is to know that you've go my back!!

What's great about it: No question is wrong or invalid
What's not so great: I wish I knew just how important doing the online return was, i almost lost one yr s return.

Incredibly Simple

The software is very simple to navigate. The step-by-step instructions are easy to follow. The additional details offered really do make the instructions more clear if you are not sure about an entry. I didn't know where to locate certain information and the helpful hints told me where to find what I needed. The cost of the software is quite reasonable compared to what I use to pay to have my tax return prepared for me.
What's great about it: Program is easy to navigate, instructions are clear, and the additonal help screens are useful.

2013 Taxes

I have been using TurboTax for the past 3-4 years because of how easy and convenient it is to use. I like how all your information can be carried over from the previous year's taxes. This year I found it a bit frustrating when I had to file a 1099 misc form for the first time. There were only 3-4 questions that popped up that I felt were not the reason for filing this form. And when I looked up information through TurboTax, it still was not very helpful for me. So then I had to look through the IRS website to finally find information that helped me understand and answer my own personal questions regarding this form. Maybe the information was there, but it was not clear to me, but it would be convenient if TurboTax could add a link(s) to the IRS of certain forms being filed.
What's great about it: I like the easy steps, along with being able to look at each section in the tax form manner
What's not so great: I did not like the generic questions pertaining to 1099 misc
