Couldn't E-File

Even after downloading and installing 2013 Turbotax Updates, the e-filing wouldn't go through. No reason was given why except that I had to download and install updates.
What's great about it: entering tax info was easy
What's not so great: Couldn't file electronically

Able to File with Confidence

Have used TurboTax for a self-employed return for many years and file with confidence at conclusion. Thank you for making a painful process a bit easier.
What's great about it: The Specifics included in "Help" are important to include the correct entries in correct category for business expenses
What's not so great: Seemed to get into a loop at end of State return.

easy to do

I have used Turbo tax since 2007. In the last seven years you seem to have made it easier to do each and every year. This year I was able to complete my taxes faster than I have been able to in the past. I want to thank you Turbo Tax for making my life easier!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and it keeps getting better and better, i.e. problem areas from previous years are identified and improved for the next year. I would like to see an improvement made regarding self-filing of the State income tax. Direct me to the exact forms I need to download and print to send in.
What's great about it: Guides you right through the whole process
What's not so great: Could make some questions/actions more clear.

Middle Class being Taxed to death

Wish I could compare last years tax return, stored in my computer, with this years return side by side.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: hard some issues with my MSA information, but got it right.

Short and sweet

I've been using Turbo Tax for around 20 years and have never had a major problem. One year I switch to a competing product because it was being sold at a big discount, but about half-way through my tax preparation I became so frustrated with the product that I went back to the store and purchased Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is clear, user friendly - a breeze to use.
What's not so great: Some of the 'pop-up' unrelated pages that appear touting other Intuiit products

Easier than expected

Over all, very simple. It took longer to type information than actually doing the return. First Time doing Turbo Tax. Made me wonder why I haven't used it before.
What's great about it: Instructions were very simple and easy
What's not so great: Would not allow correct address for W-2G when winning took place outside of U.S.

Disappointed in 2014 TT

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2006 - the change in the 2013 updates needing 'administrative rights' was very frustrating and I could find no help online.
I finally talked with someone at work that had had the same issue.
Why the change????
What's great about it: Easy as it usually is
What's not so great: The change in the 2013 Administrator issue.
