New Format is interesting

Had trouble downloading NJ state process.
What's great about it: As usual excellent accounting and you did your homework.
What's not so great: Too many pop-up windows, advertising and videos.

I am 84 yrs. old, previously had my returns my an accountant. Every year the price when up. For the last 2 years I have used TurboTax and have been very please with the fact I can do my own tax returns.

I like TurboTax and have used it for years. My only gripe is that it does not automatically find last year's forms and data to carry over personal information. It was a pain to locate the file so that TurboTax could use it so I wouldn't have to reenter my personal data. I don't know why TurboTax doesn't automatically find and load this info when the latest year's program is installed.
FYI I use a Mac with OS X 10.9.2
What's great about it: The program is fundamentally good and I have used it for years.
What's not so great: When loading TurboTax 2013 it did not automatically find last year's personal info to carry over.

The Best Software on the Market

Turbo Tax has once again helped my with tax refund. The software is effortless to use and works like a charm. I give Turbo Tax a grade of A++++++++++++++++++
What's great about it: Very Helpful and fast!!!!
What's not so great: Nothing!!!!

I think Turbo Tax is a good product but certain area of the return are hard to understand what needs to be entered where.
What's great about it: Easy and clear tio use
What's not so great: Fees are a pain

Used Turbo Tax for approximately 15 years. Was disappointed with this years version because the actual 1040 entries didn't appear at the bottom of the screen as they had in the past.. Also, in the review for errors section, the error was in the same type/format/color as all other words and didn't stand out as to what needed corrected. Only found this info by accident. Some improvement needed here.
Support section needs some attention: sometimes it is easier to communicate issues verbally, however it took several queries to get the needed phone number.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Some of instructions could be more clear for the average user.
