Great Experience!

My taxes are pretty simple, so the Deluxe Version (Fed + E-File) is perfect. I've used TT for years now and each year it seems more intuitive than the last. I like that the W-2 info transfers year-to-year, as well as the info from other forms such as 1098, 1099, etc.
I hit a bit of a snag with the state sales tax deduction (some form was not updated or available?), but the software updated itself towards the end of the process and I didn't have enough deductions anyway. The charitable donations list is quite extensive, but was missing some types of items (ex. portable heater). I know the list can't cover everything.
All-in-all, another great experience. I couldn't do my taxes by myself without TT. Thanks!

Even though I had to pay. I feel Turbo Tax looked at all the deductions to make sure I covered all bases.

I've used TurboTax for over 10 years and have always been satisfied. I do miss the embedded video clips from a few years back -- I found those particularly helpful in areas where my situation may have changed from previous years (i.e.., purchasing or selling a home, or moving due to employment changes). But the product continues to make filing my taxes easy, uncomplicated -- and at a very reasonable cost.
What's great about it: Step-by-step is easy to follow. Gives you alternatie options as well.
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to locate a specific item you're looking for without going back through several steps.

Completing the return

Each time I saved and exited, and returned to continued, the application started at the beginning of the return.
The "RMD" statements/questions should be removed or another option should be provided when referring to RMD for non-tax deferred income. This was very confusing.
What's great about it: Simple, plain language with very helpful hints.
What's not so great: Did not continue from last stopping point after restart.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
