10 year customer!

I have been a loyal customer since 2004, and I wouldn't handle my taxes any other way! It is easy, and very understandable for one like me who really needs help! I truly thank God for Turbo Tax - it saves me a lot of blood, sweat and tears - and MONEY!!! YAY!
What's great about it: Step by step help - reviews, audit protection
What's not so great: Really can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax 2014

I've used it for many years with no problems. This year however, I was confused with the K-1 my accountant gave me and the similarly named 1099-K. I filled out the 1099-K only to find the correct form later in the process, so I had to go back and delete the 1099-K information.
Otherwise, it was a painless experience.
What's great about it: Ease of use, complete, free efiling
What's not so great: One form as difficult to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fast and easy!

I hate doing taxes. I am not an accountant and hate sitting down and adding seemingly endless numbers and filling out form after form. That's why I like TurboTax, it eliminates all this and makes taxes so much easier.
What's great about it: Questions were clear and to the point.
What's not so great: I can't think of a bad thing to say about this software.

Fourth Year We've Used It

We could not go back to trying to do taxes on our own. Love the convenience and privacy of doing our taxes in our own home.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, It's Deductible, Can start and stop (able to do a little each day so it is not too overwhelming)

Turbo Tax helped to be sure that my taxes were correctly done.
What's great about it: Helped me to be sure of what to itemize
What's not so great: Found it challenging to find out about state sales tax info

Tax Comfort

I have used TurboTax since I retired in 2002 and am very comfortable that it identifies all the tax that I am obligated to pay. I have yet to be audited.
What's great about it: Well organized and simple to use while comprehensive.
What's not so great: Work sheets not readilly available till return is complete-would like to participate in calc process.

Tax Advisor in a Box

I like the concept of a question and answer session, at home. I can easily check my records to get answers. If I were sitting in a tax preparer's office, I would not have every possible record with me. I often think about the questions and check to see if anything might apply. Again, I can't do that in someone's office.
I have been a Turbo Tax user since 2000, at least. I think I started soon after it came on the market.
What's great about it: I like the automated process of questions and advice
What's not so great: I would prefer links to more specific information, no time to search through unrelated material.
