I think it would be very helpful if you inform the consumer which forms they are required to attach to each of the returns.
i.e. we all know that W2's need to be attached - but what else needs to go along with the fed, state, & local return forms vs. retaining for proof in the event of any type of audit... ..

Have been using Turbo Tax for my business and personal tax returns for over 10 years and it is always easy to use and covers every thing I need to file!

I don't have a particularly complicated return, but doing it myself takes hours of locating and correcting mistakes. So TurboTax makes an enormous difference for me.
What's great about it: Quick, prompts for missing or incorrect information.

I didn't realize until I was done with my federal return that you had eliminated the inclusion of one state return with the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax for the first time. The price did not go down - you just provided less.
As a user of Turbo Tax for many years, it irritated me greatly. If a state return is not included in the deluxe version next year I will seriously look at using one of the alternative software providers (your competition).

Overall I thought it was very easy to use. Two comments - one, on at least one occasion when I went back, I didn't get the same screen when I went forward. Second, it shouldn't assume you will make estimated tax payments for the following year. In my case, I'm going to have my withholding changed, to avoid the high quarterly payments.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Estimated Payments

Overall - best on the market, to my way of thinking. Easy to use; keeps you "honest"; covers probably just about everything a "normal" person would need/want/could use. Only a couple of "annoying bugs:" this year didn't pick up info from last year's tax submission (also TurboTax) - had to manually enter/compare numbers; can't print out individual pages, e.g., confirmation that e-filings were completed, payments for additional services, etc.; lastly - had to manually update app., i.e., it didn't automatically go out looking for updates at opening of app. (like other apps.). Overall - if ya gotta pay taxes (and who doesn't?), this is the tool to do it with.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, accurate (as best as I can see)
What's not so great: Have to "manually" get updates; can't print individual pages/screens; didn't pick up info. from previous year

Exempt Interest Dividends not explained sufficiently.
AMT process not explained suffficiently.
Calculation of with-holding very difficult and you can't delete it if you give up.
