Easy as taxes can get

Turbo Tax is a wonderful product. It makes the onerous process of filing taxes somewhat easy. However, I believe the price for returning customers is a little high. Over the counter purchase price is much cheaper…you just don't have previous years data automatically transferred.
What's great about it: Very Easy To Follow
What's not so great: Price is high for continuing customers

So Easy

This is a great product. Easy to use and I love e-filing for free. I have used it for several years and I have not been audited and I feel confident that, if anything, an audit would reveal deductions I did not bother to make because I didn't need them.
What's great about it: free e-file

The program lets me do the taxes on my schedule and the directions are easy to follow.

printing was awkward, always went into print preview instead of just letting me print ... this turned printing into a multi-step process

Turbo Tax Works Great

I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years and it's been great. Step by step process, updates, answers questions, etc. I have investments, part ownership in a business, etc. and find that Deluxe version is just fine.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step. Transfers info from prior year. Download info from financial institutions.
What's not so great: None that come to mind.
