2012 vs. 2013 Turbo tax review

Will only expound on the CONS - I am concerned that your software did not provide for entries for third party sick pay in boxes 12a, 14a, & 14b. It did not seem to make any differences in the bottom line of my payments or taxes due, but I was still concerned that those were left out.
What's great about it: The charitable organization entries were much easier to enter this year
What's not so great: The W-2 entry for Third-Party Sick Pay cases left out several box entries

Turbo Tax 2013 Review

Overall, I am very pleased with Turbo Tax and feel confident the returns are correct and thorough
What's great about it: ease of data entry; clear definitions
What's not so great: entering contributions is cumbersome
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First timer! After 30 years decide to complete my own taxes using TurboTax Deluxe. Very easy to use and didn't get my blood pressure up!
What's great about it: Simple, quick, great support and less expensive
What's not so great: A couple of the questions were confusing

Turbo Tax makes it easy

Our local city return NEVER picks up the total taxes we paid to the city (W2 number one is included but W2 is NEVER picked up). We always have to adjust the city return!
What's great about it: Easy to use, up to date.
What's not so great: Our local city return NEVER is correct

This was a terrible experience. I will never use this software or any other Turbo Tax products ever again!

Super easy to use, just follow the simple instructions.
I have paid professional tax preparers who weren't as accurate and made the process a nightmare. If I didn't know about a credit/tax the "PRO" didn't worry about it.

Turbotax asks questions throughout the preparation process to ensure I'm getting every credit I deserve and to ensure my taxes are completely accurate.
I recommend Turbotax to everyone.
