Easy interview process. Wasn't always sure where the data populated on the forms based on my responses to the questions. Had some trouble finding taxes paid on a car purchase after I answered the questions.
What's great about it: Really liked the interview process to walk me through my taxes.
What's not so great: Diffiicultly trying to find specific entries on the forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is great

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and will continue.
What's great about it: User friendly and 'explanation screens' are helpful
What's not so great: Lots of paper to print-but necessary
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Significantly decreased the pain - no more late night calculus - ouch...someone get me a tourniquet.

good product but didn"t work for me

Federal return from 2012 broke the refund from my state of Indiana into state and local refund which I applied to my 2013 state taxes. This shows correctly on my 2013 federal return but the local tax refund does not show up on 2013 state taxes. I asked questions but didn't any answer and no help state returns. This may get to look at other products.
What's great about it: Have used for many years and I like the features.
What's not so great: Product has an error for my state return that I could not get corrected.

OVERALL VERY EASY TO FOLLOW THE STEP WHICH MAKES IT SIMPLE TO INSERT THE CORRECT INFORMATION, THEREFORE LEAVING LITTLE ROOM FOR ERRORS. AND IN WHICH AUTOMATIC CHECKING OF ERRORS WILL MAKE YOU FEEL AT EASE THAT YOUR REPORT IS CORRECT.
What's great about it: ALWAYS A BREEZE
What's not so great: CONFUSING WHEN ADDING A SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION SUCH AS ONES 1099- MISC.
