Print is not obvious

Long time TTax user and I'm satisfied for the most part. I dislike the print function of having to go to PDF to do that.
What's great about it: Walks you through about every possible situation
What's not so great: Not good at unique or special situations
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Some Flaws continue to bother me

There are a number of small issues with the UI. In particular if there is an error the process for taking you through the fix.
The ABSOLUTE biggest issue is AFTER submitting an efiling and payment, I wanted to go back and DOUBLE CHECK the payment information!!!
THere does not appear to be a way to do this!!!!
This can be a nightmare of worry. If there is a way to do this, it is completely unintuitive (which is an issue). If there isn't, than that is even worse.
What's great about it: Generally a smooth process for EASY returns
What's not so great: Biggest con is no easy way to check your payment option after filing!!

Once the personal records are in order, Turbo Tax is a breeze to follow and complete federal and state income taxes.

No Refund but all ways use Turbo

I have used year after year since as long as I can remember. I like it because you can try different things and see the results. You can do "what if" for the next years taxes.
What's great about it: Always easy to use and keeps track of previous years taxes, which makes it easy to update year after year.
What's not so great: I don't like taxes, but that is not Turbotax fault.

Another small negative was that I had a slightly different situation and I ended up having to telephone for a solution.

What's great about it: Still relatively easy to prepare, following practice in past years.
What's not so great: Need to be able to type what is on any page [that comes up while I am preparing.] SHOULD HAVE A "PRINT PAGE" OPTION.
