Better than a tax professional

I've used Turbo Tax since it's inception. Each year, the product keeps up with current tax laws, and works to get the maximum refund. It seems to get better with each passing tax-year. Thank you.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Accurate. Works to get the maximum refund
What's not so great: Difficulty in removing a previously used form. Directions not clear initially

Gone are the paper returns

I was not real excited about the medical expenses being split into so many different sections such as doctors and dentists, facility fees, labs, medical supplies, etc. to eventually come up with a final total. I think narrowing them down would be helpful.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax does the math
What's not so great: Schedule A was a little late joining the party

2013 Taxes are done!

Love, Love, Love, Turbo Tax! While I had some minor issues entering social security info, overall, using Turbo Tax is a lot easier than dealing with paper forms (and I never found that terribly difficult).

Problem with state

State return wouldnt accept the federal distribution type. There is no code for a normal distribution in the state drop down list. federal code 7.

Navigation is poor

Sometimes one wants to go to a specific part of the tax form For instance, I wanted to go back to visit the information regarding the costs of Home Repairs and Maintenance. I could not find it anywhere. One can come across it as you go through the form, but I could find no way to go back to visit it specifically.
What's not so great: Navigation capability is woefully crude. Very very frustrating.
