Excellent product
What's great about it: I liked how all the needed questions are put in front of you without having to keep reading too many instructions.
What's not so great: More discussion needed to clarify what to do if a 1099 form was not sent to you

Love it but

Used TT for years. Love it. But this year it would not e-file until i shut TT down and restarted it. It kept thinking there were updates, until i restarted it.

Couldn't e-file because needed updates. Did this 3 times to no avail. Sought and got "community" help that solved problem.
What's great about it: automatically covered all topics' Asked questions in an understandable way
What's not so great: somehow put my wife and I in different tax jurisdictions - couldn't e-file till this was fixed. Needed "community" help

Pretty good product. Does a great job of keeping track of your information. Seamless operation if kept updated. Will use this product next year.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE FOR THE MOST PART
What's not so great: PRINTING RETURNS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PAPER TAKES SOME EFFORT.

Could be easier.

There could be more comprehensive branching between sequential fields, and more user choices to skip steps in sequences.
Also, there was an item with an insurance deduction, and the same question arose in another setting, such as separate business. That created an error in the State Form, which included both amounts.

What's great about it: Covers all essential topics, adequate checking of inputs.
What's not so great: Tedious reworking of some sequences, instead of option to edit final step.

I have used turbo tax for years now and I can honestly say its the only way to do taxes if you are eligible to do so.
What's great about it: Little time and ease of us
What's not so great: Nothing really
