Didn't file my taxes

I thought I had my taxes filed e-filed. When I didn't receive email and payment not taken out of account, I became panicked because I thought I had followed all instructions. April 14th is wrong day to suddenly learn that you haven't filed. I'm very concerned I missed important instructions.
What's great about it: Short and walked me through everything.
What's not so great: didn't file

Tax filing a no brainer this year!

i did not like having to total my deductions prior to entering them. the help topics did not go into enough depth or give directions as to where to get info needed.
What's great about it: No redundant retypes of info!
What's not so great: All deductions have to be totaled to be entered!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is an excellent tool for anyone who has never prepared their return before.
What's great about it: extremely user friendly

Incredibly slow and cumbersome

I moderately complicated tax return and I've used TurboTax for over 10 years but it just keeps getting more convoluted and confusing each year. And this year it is incredibly slow to accept entries. If you don't answer every question in every section it puts in forms even though they were never used in previous years. True peoples circumstances change but why not have a checklist rather than a question answer format for people who have used the software the previous year. I really could not recommend it to someone who has not used it before.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Confusing even for people who have used for many years

Easy to use

Really easy to use, I've used it for the last 10 years and never had any problem with it, the software will transfer, download and guide you all the way....
What's great about it: Transfer personal infos and download all W2s
