What's great about it: I've used Turbo Tax for over ten years and am very satisfied with the product.
What's not so great: This year I had to download multiple times to get all the updates, instead of all updates downloading at once.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Multi year user of Turbotax

This marks the 10th year using Turbotax. I admit in the first year or two I double-checked Every calculation this program did. I found no problem in any fundamental function and feel this is a remarkably well designed product. Hope to use it into my retirement in a few years.
What's great about it: Very comprehensive
What's not so great: Takes a little work if you enter an incorrect choice for college

I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone! It is so easy to use and even easier when used for consecutive years because it puts most of the information in for you.

Just did my taxes in under an hour. Wonderful product for a procrastinator like me. I feel secure that my taxes are accurate. Will use again.
What's great about it: Quick, easy. Everything is explained. Gives me confidence my return is accurate.

April 15 was one day away when I decided to pull out my forms. The records from the previous year help make filing this year very easy and quick.

No Digital Download until last week really!!
