I love that each year the software pulls up information from previous year that I don't have to repetitively enter.

Quick and Easy

Overall pleasant experience, taxes were done quick and efficient. The deluxe version provided helpful tips for the donations we have made through the year and getting a more accurate picture.
The only issue I had was with the actual e-filing. I kept running into errors of validation -stated the program needed an update. All updates were up to date, so I researched a bit more online. Came to the conclusion that because I was using a Mac and the CD was still in the disk drive TurboTax was getting an error. Closed program down, ejected the disk, started TurboTax up and was able to E-file successfully.
Waited 24 hours in between actually finishing taxes and e-filing. The customer service options had a wait time of greater than 90 minutes. So i did a little personal research and solved my own issues.
What's great about it: TurboTax walked me through everything and really helped with the deductions. Super easy directions to follow and quick.
What's not so great: Using it on our Mac and kept getting errors trying to e-file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Works well, good step by step. Needs better explanations on claiming prizes and lottery wins and losses. Also on Wisconsin State trying to find place to deduct gifts for grand daughters college fund was hard to located.
What's great about it: Loaded easy, updates quickly, good step by step.
What's not so great: In some areas need clearer explanation, mainly deductions when comes to lottery wins/loses or prizes received.

Worth every dollar you spend for it. Makes doing taxes a little less time consuming. Whether it is for your business or personal it will guide you along and help to make sure you do not miss a deduction or make an error.
I have used this software for both business and personal use for five years and will continue to do so.

What's great about it: Guides you through a chore you do not want to do. Make it less painfull.
What's not so great: This year the questions were just a trifle vague

Overall a great product and does an exceptional job. When they get a little more user friendly for railroaders it will be perfect
What's great about it: does a great job at almost all aspects of tax returns
What's not so great: the only negative is RRB forms hard to find
