Fast and Easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and recommend it to all my friends... great, easy and fast! Keep up the great work and I will be a life long fan!
What's great about it: Ease of use, walk thru, ability to go back and isolate areas, e-file
What's not so great: Encountered a K1 issue that came up as errors and had to methodically figure out how to delete it plus the Schedule E

Turbo Tax 2013

I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade now and I wouldn't consider using any other software for preparing my taxes. If I was to comment about anything in the latest version it would be the topic selet feature. I did not find it as intuitive as it has been in years past (maybe that's me#. I generally run through the program with all my initial information. That includes running my taxes in several scenarios. #ie: single, married filing seperately, or jointly# There is alot of re-entry to do this and if I want to make a change to any one element it was difficult to navigate back to that specific topic #without having to scroll through an entire category).
What's great about it: Eazy to follow walk-throughs
What's not so great: Back-tracking was complicated

Also had to go dirrectly to Form 540-ES after I've already completed all other forms to do a revised ES.
What's not so great: Not all topics/forms in turbo tax if you did not know you need a certain form;i.e. 4797

customer service representative, Brittney, was extremely helpful and spent a long time helping to resolve my issue, she stayed on the phone with me until everything was resolved and ok and even went above and beyond my expectations.

Printing return came out in gibberish and wrong #

Went to print return through acrobat reader and got mostly gibberish words and all wrong numbers. Prefomated text on some forms came out ok but with wrong info (names, addresses, numbers) all forms were worthless. Had to screen print all forms. Was able to make that work at 10 to 15 times the time it should have taken

Taxes- the easy way

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and always have been satisfied. it's easy, and accurate. never a problem even when you have waited till the last minute to file.
What's great about it: easy

Like to do my own work on the forms and do not use the over-heavy step-by-step, as my tax forms have not changed much over the years. On forms, the override issues a pain to deal with, I don't generally need the worksheets, but sometimes have to fill them out to get a figure on the form.
