Unhappy but not your fault

We have been using turbotax for 7 or 8 years and it keeps getting better. Keep it up and help us find more ways to keep our money.............I am especially bummed about having to pay taxes on money I "loaned" to the Gov't for the last 45 or so years.
What's great about it: Very organized and easy to use
What's not so great: Some of the choices are confusing to people who are not in the tax business. Could use more explanations at times

Good but can be improved

I found some conflicting info via the TT on-line community Q&A regarding some topics such as the MISC1099 filing. The community say the MISC1099 are not needed but TT still ask questions as if MISC1099 is needed. I am confused as ever.
What's great about it: Guaranteed tax calculation
What's not so great: Some obscured tax items needs more useful pnline guide from TT.

I have been using turbotax for years. I trust the program to make sure to get all of my deductibles and to report my taxes accurately.
What's great about it: quick, efficient, and accurate
What's not so great: I struggled a bit with the HSA information and it did not make much sense

Never fails

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years and you seem to improve the experience every year. The only thing I can see an improvement with is the farm rental form 4835. You have a box that can be checked for farm rental and in past years when the Sch. F is finished it would go to the Farm Rental form. Now it directs you to Sch. E. I must admit, I simply switched over to the Forms format and filled in the 4835, It would be nice if it would simply take you to the 4835 when the box is checked. Other than that, I think your product is great.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Some forms difficult to access
