Even with some additional changes this year from past years, the tool was still easy to use.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

no headache!

Short and sweet despite using long form. overall a nice experience. No headaches this year.
What's great about it: with our home bussiness and earned income it was a blast
What's not so great: when doing final checks it was hard to understand what i was supposed to fixc.

Could not even attempt doing our taxes without this type of software.
What's great about it: easier than ever to go thru the interview steps
What's not so great: constant upselling is annoying

Overall very good, but foreign accounts is messy

Everything is good about this software, I like the update that are very frequent.
I do not like the fact that I can only file 5 returns with one software each year I end up buying three software and I do not charge my family to do the taxes.
What's great about it: User friendly, and very easy ti understand. The navigation is awesome. Excellent product.
What's not so great: the fact that I cannot file more than five returns with one software or one e-mail address. My family is large.

I've used turbotax for years and this is the first year I've been really dissatisfied.
What's great about it: easy, especially with prepopulated info from previous year
What's not so great: This program is making it very very difficult to efile federal and then print & mail state.

How I love Turbo Tax

I love the TurboTax package; I feel secure in knowing that the right questions are being asked that pertains to my returns and even those that do not apply to me specifically. Thanks again TurboTax, you have not failed me yet.
What's great about it: simple and easy to follow; saved me hundreds of dollars; will continue to use, even when I win the big lotto.
What's not so great: gets a little confusing at the end, when you are trying to e- file your federal and not e-file your State taxes.

Tax Preparation

The taxes were properly completed and my computer was not having a problem. Kept getting a reject from Turbo tax saying they were having a problem processing *filing the form.
What's great about it: Preparation of the taxes was very easy. Questions were spot on.
What's not so great: Encountered problems with e-filing.
