What's great about it: Easily understandable

Great - makes taxes fast accurate and easy I don't get a refund so at least it is easy
What's great about it: all the imports -so little typing so fewer mistakes

Easy tax process

Invalid errors

You found errors on my return that either were incorrectly identified as errors, or you wanted detailed information when the K-1 supplier did not furnish it to me.
The big problem is that you would not let me E-file because of this, and I had to print and mail my return, which I have not done for many years.
I am extremely unhappy about this situation/
What's not so great: You found errors on my entries from K-1's that I could not correct.

SO easy a ? can do it

The step by step programme make it easy to follow, you can fill in the blanks whenever you choose, no need to sit down and complete your taxes in one day. Just save and come back to it. Find an accountant that lets you do that without charging you more.

Never lets me down.

Very good product. The most functional of all software products. Never a problem with electronic submission of the returns. The only thing to worry about, is that it is so easy, I put off my taxes until the last minute.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, and most importantly, saves me money.

Great as Usual, But With Reservations

Need to improve the handling of vehicle expenses where only standard mileage is claimed. Also, need to improve handling of the change of vehicles mid year.
For clergy, you collect the parsonage amount, but the software does not figure the Deason adjustment and apply it. When someone indicates themselves as Clergy, it could trigger the proper treatment of expenses and clergy income, OR it could add a check box to indicate whether an income or expense item is clergy or non-clergy when occupation code for Clergy is entered in "Personal Information." In this way, the software can figure clergy and non-clergy income, and figure the Deason adjustment. It would be a HUGE help.
What's great about it: Organized, logical order. Thorough "wring out" of information
What's not so great: Does not provide ability to list several categories that it used to.
