Was Great for my Students Return

Overall, it was Quick and did a really good job. There probably could have been a few additional options in several of the educations areas. It went fairly smoothly.
What's great about it: Worked well for handling my College Students Tax Return - Asked good questions.
What's not so great: Some of the helps were a little unclear. So I was left with questions.

you need to improve mac usability. i really like the new program but the hicups along the way are a pain in the posterier that i do not need.
What's great about it: found answer i needed on answer page
What's not so great: have a mac had trouble downloading had trouble e-file could not understand person on help desk
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good program but overly complicated at times. The review is an unnecessary pain.

I have been using TurboTax for quite a few years now, I have used a number of products, depending on need (rental property, home business, self-employed, etc) and TurboTax always help me get it done (with the best refund).
What's great about it: Flexibility for review and revision
What's not so great: Access to IRS publications not smooth

I am forced to use perfectly awful software when preparing taxes for local citizens. What a pleasure to come home to TurboTax!

Program work OK for my high school age sons return

There was no 1040 EZ with this program for the high school age student. I would have had to downgraded to have the ability to utilized that form. Should be included since the Deluxe Version is an upgarde.
What's great about it: Easy access to create another tax file for my son.
What's not so great: This program is more geared for the college student and not for someone in High School.
