even though I had imported 2012, the final review did NOT catch I missed the sales tax for 2013. This was a big error. Should have caught it in one of the check!!!
Fix it 2014.....
What's great about it: straightforward

Printing problems

Couldn't print anything out except payment voucher.

2013 tax review.

Been using Turbotax for a number of years. All the problems with printing forms has been corrected.
What's great about it: Does not take very long to finish federal and state returns.
What's not so great: The fee for filing GA taxes is too high.

Don't Like Your Changes

I did not like the changes you made since last year's version! It failed to ask me several very important questions, such as, had I paid estimated taxes for the year. Also, what happened to the charitable contributions worth calculator? That was a very useful tool. Several of my friends I talked to also expressed their dislike for the changes to this years version of TurboTax!
What's not so great: Several steps down from last year.. Didn't cover important topics needed like, payment of estimated taxes.

As I E Filed, I hope that I didn't have to provide any forms that I received in the mail. Specifically, I'm referring to tuition expense forms that are sent by the colleges.
What's great about it: Provides the trust and confidence level that I would never have

So quick and thorough

The step-by-step process covering income, deductions and taxes gives me peace of mind that everything is covered. The complete process usually takes me less than an hour. If I had to compute all the figures and define tax law instructions, it would take me ten times longer. The questions raised in the process covering tax laws are such that I would never know to ask. And, I love filing electronicly!

Best Software

The program walks you through everything, and prompts you on deductions you might not have thought were valid. Well worth the money.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Have used them for 20 years.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
