Vertually Painless

Managed to complete my return in less than 2.5 hours. Everything went smooth.
What's great about it: Easy to use and exicute
What's not so great: The e-file fee for the state return should have been included in the cost.

Couldn't Be Easier

Although I have use Turbo Tax for the past five years this year my information did not copy over. Also could not get pass the sales tax deduction until I manually did an update request. Once I did that my return increase by $400.
What's great about it: Easy to use with self help along the way
What's not so great: Didn't copy over my information from last year. Also had to manual ask to do an update.

Couldn't be easier!

I've been using Turbo Tax for almost as long as it's been around. Generally, I continue to be very pleased with the ease and layout of Turbo Tax. Following the step by step method (which I use to ensure I don't "forget something"# is simple and intuitive. Noted above that charities are not in alpha order; since I donate to a bunch of charities, being able to sort the list would be very helpful #and would make it easier to match up to Quicken).
What's great about it: easy to navigate following step by step process
What's not so great: Charites are not in alpha order. Some questions took me to other websites.

Great Tax Package

I am not tax or finance savvy, so I needed Turbo Tax to guide me and provide explanations for any or every possible entry.
The ability to import W-2 information automatically was great and saved tedious data entry.
In addition the automated accuracy and completeness checker was valuable to confirm the maximum refund.

Quick and Easy

I've used TurboTax for preparing and filing my taxes for several years. I don't have any out of the ordinary financial situations so it is a quick and easy process for me. But if I do have special situations in the future, I know TurboTax will walk through all the information I will need.
This year I was disappointed that I was unable to e-file my federal return even though I downloaded and installed the update. I always mail my state return so this was only a minor inconvenience.
What's great about it: Provided me with a list of documents I needed to gather for quick and easy entry
What's not so great: Was unable to e-file despite downloading and installing the update.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always Fast and Accurate!!!!

Been using TT for more than 20 years and it just gets better and better. I will always use TT for filing my taxes.
