Solid Return

TurboTax made the tax filing experience almost painless, and I came out feeling confident that my return is complete, correct and filed on time. The software even found a major deduction that I did not know even existed.
What's great about it: TurboTax found deductions I was unaware existed.
What's not so great: State Return details, explanations could be more in depth.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A great tool to calculate taxes. Sometimes help facility does not have enough guidance.
What's great about it: thorough walk through of items
What's not so great: tedious review areas

What's great about it: Easy to understand and flows through extremely well.
What's not so great: Moving from one deduction to the next.

Got my money

I've been using turbo tax for years and find it so easy to use. It saves me a lot of money. Having my taxes done by "professionals" cost me a lot of money. I highly recommend Turbo tax.

Have been using it for more than a decade now

I have been using TurboTax for more than a decade now. a few years ago my wife wanted to see if we could get a larger refund by paying a person to do our taxes. What a nightmare that was. I ended up frustrated and completed our taxes that year with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: file at my own pace.
What's not so great: non

Tax Procrastinator

Everything worked out great, but I was not able to print my return... The pdf file did not open.
Also, through this process, I realized that I need to amend my 2012 return. However, I used the on-line version of Turbo for 2012 and I was not easily able to download it. Further, I forgot my password. So, this is something that I still need to work on. I am just glad that 2013 is complete : ).
What's great about it: It is so easy to follow the steps...
What's not so great: I could not print my return : (

Part year residence in 2 states simplified

It's hard enough figuring out one state each year. But when you move during the year and need to file for partial year residency in 2 states, one of which you are not familiar with, Turbo Tax was very helpful to get the states completed on time.
What's great about it: Made it easy to calculate the state taxes for 2 states when moved during the year
