Super product, love my Turbo Tax! I love the user-friendly interface, the way the program is blocked so you can see your progress and constantly review that I input info correctly, and that my refund status is constantly adjusted. I also love having access to tax Q&A at a point and click.
What's great about it: Love being spoonfed tax questions in simple language with examples, but can tailor process if I want.
What's not so great: There was nothing I didn't like.

The Best Year Yet!

Turbo Tax gets better and better each year...will not ever stray to another software to do my taxes. Tried it once before and it was horrible--but Turbo Tax is the best!

Overall great experience. I am a procrastinator, so had to pay for efile. Other than that pretty easy.

Did the Job

Overall it was a great tool to use for being a first timer in filing taxes, however, I had issues with the software crashing a couple of times and it had trouble connecting with the internet (was not my laptop I checked). The cloud feature I thought to be handy, but unfortunately for some reason that would not work.
What's great about it: Detailed questions, breakdown, explanations, and e-filing ability.
What's not so great: Crashed, Cloud Back-up did not work

I have used Turbo Tax since 2002 and your 2012 version was absolutely the greatest. This year I was a little disappointed that I could not go directly to the individual Form worksheets for completion. Perhaps you could change this for next year. Overall YOU have the best Tax program out there, and I applaud you!!! I have tried other Tax Programs and this one gets an A+++ from me!!! Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Choice of step by step questions or D-I-Y via Catagories
What's not so great: Inability to go directly to Form Worksheets for completion
