Turned a tax due into a refund.

HSA was a new topic to me, but TurboTax made things easy to understand - - saved as a lot of time and money.
Filed 2 returns, had to pay state filing fee for both; what happened to the "free" one?

Very stressful and worthless experience.
What's not so great: Would not let me file due to a Turbotax Error. No real time support options on 4/14/14.

Great Tax Software

Without Turbo Tax, would have to file my taxes with a tax prepared, much more expensive when you file a short form. Turbo Tax makes it possible to complete and files taxes in the most efficient way.
What's great about it: Easy software for filing uncomplicated taxes

Want linux support

I've been using TurboTax for 8 years now and being a former accountant myself, I'm sure it's doing a great job making things easy and making sure all ends are covered for crafting the best numbers to file.
I'm sad though to see that there's still no support for Linux.
More and more people are stepping over to Linux and I'm sure the Linux pie size got an extra boost now with the divestiture of Windows XP and low acceptance rate of Windows 8.
Why is Intuit not building a Linux release of their tool?
I'm losing my last Windows machine in a bit and will be a Linux only shop from there on.
I'm hoping to finally see a Linux version of TurboTax next year or I'll have to find other ways to file.

I love this software program. What used to be tricky has been made easy... I've been using Turbo Tax for 4 years now and unless I have something tricky that Turbo Tax can't handle, I'll continue using it. Technology is great when it works and this one definitely works!!!. Thank you for creating it!

What's not so great: can't think of anything that I didn't like

Overall .... it was a great experience... my third year using TurboTax.... I was a little disappointed on the deduction for state sales tax... a form pending? Can I cash in on this deduction later or did I miss out.... overall an excellent program.... plan on using it next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use.... an enjoyed experience
What's not so great: It appeared that I did not get credit for state sales tax deduction..... still waiting for a form from IRS?? S

Price is misleading

Mostly i did not like is that when i purchased product, it is says that State is included in the price of the downloads, but at the end i had to pay for state e-file. It is misleading. It should says clearly how much i will pay for each product separately.
What's great about it: Some what easy, but i wish for more explanation
What's not so great: Tax forms looks different this year, harder to navigate. Turbo tax did not give me navigation about 1099-sa form.

The return worked out well. Using the TURBO TAX was easy once I got all my information together.
