It is done!

I have used TT for years and never had any issues. even in the years where my tax situation had big changes. You simply answer the questions and follow the instructions.
What's great about it: Very easy as you just answer questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use for the vast majority of the time. The only problems with it I have ever had was due to canceled debt on a foreclosure (easy part) that required use of an insolvency exclusion (much more difficult). But, considering IRS says that using the insolvency form would require more than 2 hours to do and it took me less than 1 hour, it was good.
I recommend turbotax to anyone that asks.
What's great about it: Step by Step and easy to use from home
What's not so great: Difficult to find and use the insolvency calculator

very confusing

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 6 years. This year was not my best. The charging of a fee during the final steps of e File was a problem. I am not sure why it is being requested when i had already purchased the dvd.
What's great about it: good step by step
What's not so great: not clear with payment portion. fees charged not clear

Best Tax Prep Software

This is the best tax return software I've found, especially for the reasonable price. Have used it for over 10 years. Never seems to have a flaw, either in the tax returns or in the transmission and acceptance by the IRS and the state. The explanations for topics that you might not readily understand or know are always excellent. Tells you just what you need to know in plain English. I prepare tax returns for several family members, all with different financial circumstances and it works great on all the returns.
What's great about it: Easy to use; Q&A format; Explanations of each topic

I can't believe I use to pay someone (a lot) to do my taxes! I'm sure they did nothing more than enter all my info into a program such as this. And that's after I provided them with all the information. With TurboTax, I just enter all the info myself and save a whole lot of time and money. No forms to track down or complicated tax code to read. TurboTax is Always...Quick, Simple, and Accurate.
What's great about it: Quick and Simple

For years I've used it due to it's clear and precise step by step throughout the process. It will correct you if you do not do it right. It will allow you to review if necessary. It also will tell if you are at risk of being audited.

Turbo Tax is Awesome

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I love it. It is easy to use and helpful. I feel like I learn a lot every year. If I don't have something at my fingertips I can come back to it. If I have a question there are multiple ways to get answers. I feel confident when I e-file that there aren't any mistakes in my taxes and that I can trust what I am sending in to the government.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Can come back to things if I don't know. Can look up answers if I need them.
What's not so great: I didn't qualify for the PMI deduction,but I had trouble finding specifics about what the limits are to qualify.
