Got through taxes for another year

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year's version is fairly easy to use and engenders the confidence that you'll be filing the right forms and getting the right calculations whether you're doing complicated self-employed returns (mine) or 1040 EZ (my kids). There are some unnecessary problems in navigating formerly visited pages in order to review or revise, but this year's is no worse than last's and it's at least rational. I like the relative ease of using this software and the feeling of confidence I have in the calculations.
What's great about it: Thorough, accurate, spawns confidence
What's not so great: complicated to navigate, tricky to get printout of only what's necessary

Timely Filing

Turbo Tax is a great way to file Form 1040. Very easy to use and follow instructions on my screen. It also compares current year with last year so that I do not forget an income item or a deduction. That is great.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and follow instructions
What's not so great: can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent step by step, making it easier to understand. Disapointed upon error check, indicated 1040 was not included with the program, not very comforting when April 15th is approaching. I did not see a phone number for customer service tax expert when I clicked the Help Center. Easier to talk to someone than typing questions. Tax related questions can become complex.
What's great about it: excellent step by step
What's not so great: At first system indated that 1040 was not included in the program

For those of us with reasonably uncomplicated taxes, this is a wonderful way to complete our tax filing with little, or no concern about making mistakes.

Trainwreck My refund

I really love Turbo Tax because it gets me a maximum return. I have bee using Turbo Tax since 2007 and I have never had a single problem. I trust Turbo Tx to do my Tax returns.

Overall, a good experience. I have been using TurboTax for 10 years now, and it has become more streamlined and easier to use.
What's great about it: Straightforward instructions, option to follow TurboTax guidance or do myself

Navigating is not as easy as in years past. Pop ups caused me to go in and out of the program several times.
What's great about it: Seemed to find more return money
What's not so great: A little less user-friendly than in the past
