Good on the help all the way thru to the end. It was like magic when you import all of your information from last years taxes. I really like that feature. But, if you find a way to import more companies into your system. This would help a great deal on imports for retirement information, stock, etc. But, overall everything was easy to use and understand. i have used this program now for about 4 years. I love it. Thanks for all you do.
What's great about it: Helpful to the end

Saved Me Work

I like using Turbo Tax. Both times I needed to call customer service my issue was able to be solved by manually correcting the error.
What's great about it: Easy to download, transferred info from last year's form, saved me time and work.
What's not so great: Said there were no errors until it was time to transmit return, then it had an error.

I am a long time user of TurboTax and cannot imagine doing my taxes the 'old fashion' way. I feel very confident that my taxes are correct if I have entered everything I should. It asks the right questions so that I'll know what I need to enter. I love that it will download banking and W-2 info.
The only thing I wish it would do a little better is help me determine how much IRA money I should contribute to get my best refund. I had to edit amounts multiple times to see what was the best.
What's great about it: Easy to use step by step
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to get back to where I want to be

Mac User annoyed

TurboTax is a great program, I wish Intuit recognized that there are Mac users that use their products (including Quicken). In order to e-file I had to uninstall the program and all assorted files, reinstall, restart, turn off my modem, etc. etc. in order to get the file to install updates and e-file. Quite annoying in the late hours. I did get the directions from the Intuit site, so thank you, and please try to correct these issues for next year!
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax for many years and it is always easy and "a pleasure" to do my taxes
What's not so great: Mac users get the short end with Intuit. I've had major problems for several years now

Stress Free Tax Filing!

I've been using TurboTax for years now. As long as I have my documents, receipts and other required paperwork organized, I can usually finish within an hour.

it is such a hassle, it should be a simple question - apply $x from refund to next year taxes - why should I go thru estimating my taxes
