Fast and Painless

I am still not convinced that I am getting everything back that I should be ...I am sure folks who make much more money that I do pay less but on the other hand, it does help to pay for the services that government provides ...roads, police, fire, schools, etc.
What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: Still baffled by a lot of the choices
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Big Disappointment over last ye - very inaccurrate

W2- Return Did not compensate for box 12 code DD
1099-R form , Box 1 gross distribution, Box 2 Taxable amount, Tax return summary summary indicated you used Box 1
Sales Tax - cut me off , said I could not use.
Energy credit, I had a big one this year, New Windows, said I could not use this, as I used windows last year. Last year I used Insulation not windows. . I believe I'm paying more Fed Tax this year because of you. I will not give you the chance next year. I've been using Turbo Tax since at least 2000, probably even longer but lost some records during a PC crash. Time for a change

What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Overlooked deductions, did not tuse Boxes in W2 correctly

Overall I was quite pleased. However, it would have been helpful if the intro to the software explained that you must have admininistrative access to check on the required updates before you could finish your return.
What's great about it: Fairly easy
What's not so great: Took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated
