I really love this software. I did four tax returns in one day. from 2010-2013. makes procrastinating fun!!!!
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Who Needs An Accountant With TurboTax

This is my 5th time using TurboTax. It is extremely easy to use and consistent from year to year. The step-by-step guides are clear and concise for the layman.
I highly recommend TurboTax whether you are a seasoned accountant or a union worker.
What's great about it: Excellent! Guided me though every step.
What's not so great: None.

good but frustrating

too many screens cause me to find the next button. I HATE scrolling around to find it.
And, to add insult to injury. at the bottom of this review, do i find a Submit? No! I find another step, another click. and ( i havent gone there yet) i assume yet another scroll to the bottom to submit it!!
What's great about it: Comprehensive. I trust the results
What's not so great: WAY TOO MANY CLICKS. Too many screens make you slide down to the next button, or select "none" then to t next

Smooth sailing, then choppy waters to file

What's great about it: Good interview questions,
What's not so great: program procedes to efile and completing purchase of efile BEFORE it determines there is a form which cannot be efiled!

Very Good

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years now. Helpful quesitons, leads you though the necessary questions to get the data input. My biggest problem is the cost to file state forms. To file in two states electronically costs as much as the program. I suggest including filing of state forms electronically with the program as well as the federal.

I come back to TurboTax year after year because it makes the process of filing my taxes so simple and easy. Not only does it download my previous years info, but it gives me a year over year comparison so I can see what I did last year and what I may have missed this year. And, I have great confidence that the end result will be calc perfect. Thanks!! See you next year!!
What's great about it: easy to use, simple to understand, quick to finish, great confidence in the end result
What's not so great: efile for states are getting more expensive each year

Income Taxes Made EASY

Turbo Tax is easy to use. Explanations are available to help guide you if you're unsure about deductions, credits, etc.
What's great about it: Turbo tax walks you thru the process.....EASY!

My Review of your software

7 pages of printed forms were marred. I had to save my return as a PDF and then select specific pages to reprint. See attached scanned PDF.
My printer is an HP Officejet 6700. Over 30 pages printer correctly.
