What's great about it: Lots of attempts to explain material

What's great about it: Make it's easy step by step for me to follow.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Ease of Use & Got My Refund!

Thank you for continuous tax support each year. I seem to use Turbo Tax more than others over the last 13 years.
What's great about it: Ease of Use clicking through each screen
What's not so great: Couldn't scroll well with my computer, but really is user fault as using new laptop

TurboTax is always easy to use and eases the frustration of filing taxes.
What's great about it: Quick, easy
What's not so great: All sections should ask you questions to skip the entire section. Updates took a while longer to download.

Couple of problems, but otherwise fine product.

After installing the product on my Mac running Mavericks, I started working on my return and got interrupted. I saved the return and quit the application. I don't remember the exact sequence of events, but the next time I tried to launch the program, it failed to launch. I believe the error had to do with a singular matrix. I googled the error message, and found an answer on the Intuit forums. I had to remove the application manually from the Mac and reinstall it. After that it worked fine.
The second error I encountered occurred on April 10 when I was trying to efile my returns. The efile failed because there was a program update. I got stuck in a loop of installing the update, restarting the program, checking for updates, reinstalling the same update. efiling continued to fail. Eventually by trial and error, if I installed the update, did not check for new updates and went directly to efile, it worked.
Both problems could have been avoided with better QA. I will probably buy the software again, as I've been using it since it was called Mac-In-Tax. If I find the QA is problematic next year, I will look for a different product.
What's great about it: easy to use, clear instructions and helpful info when requested
What's not so great: software had some issues

I like the program but needs to pull in information from last year. Lots of checking.
What's great about it: LIke the easy to follow step by step instructions
What's not so great: Want more explanations that are obvious underneath the statement

Really easy to use and was quick. Our needs have changed so we don't need a tax accountant and TurboTax will be his replacement
What's great about it: Easy to use and steps you through the process completely, if you want. If not, then away you go to specific areas
What's not so great: I wish a little more help was available on questions.

The software is very comprehensive and easy to navigate. It makes tax filing understandable and the questions take the worry out of possibly misreporting income or deductions.
What's great about it: Recommended walkthrough always awesome!
What's not so great: $35 bank fee. What???
