Overall it went fine after getting used to typing in all the 1099 addresses and code numbers for income.
It reminded me of what I might have forgotten for deductions. :)
What's great about it: Good instructions of what to type in the blanks.
What's not so great: Hard to download onto PC, had to use my laptop. It asked for things in a strange order, not like the forms.

See above cons, very frustratingwhen trying to get things done.
Overall, however, relatively easy to use - help links are good and pretty informative.
What's great about it: Used it for years, overall, very happy with it
What's not so great: 1: Couldn't delete invalid 1098-T form from update; 2:Update button for tax credits went to wrong screen

This is a great product, but you can't rely on it blindly. You have to understand what it needs to do its job. I always double check what I've entered to make sure I'm on track.
What's great about it: It's very fast and accurate. I have no problem understanding the terminology.
What's not so great: Only once in 6 years did I have a problem, but , it only knows what you tell it., my mistake.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is the second year in a row that TTax has botched the RITA filing in Ohio. I have twice had to do it offline because no matter how I enter the information, I can't TTax to recognize it properly. I even tried fudging the numbers to get it to come out how it should be. Anyone who uses TTax to fill out this form is going to be in hot water with this taxing agency, it doesn't work properly.
What's great about it: Federal and State continue to be a breeze
What's not so great: Regional Tax Filing doesn't work

TurboTax FAQ site was helpful, but when I asked a question about a fairly uncommon circumstance involving long term care insurance, the ad came up to upgrade my version of TurboTax. No attempt was given to answer the question or suggest which form or IRS pamphlet might help.
As a whole, it is a marvelous program that I intend to keep using forever.
I do hope that, even though you asked me to delete certain charities to which we did not donate in 2013, when we donate to those charities in the future, we will not have to repeat the entries of full name, address, tax ID number and etc.
