well written and easy to use. Maybe give user a break next year,by sending a coupon to use which would be an incentive to use again.
What's great about it: cheaper than having it done for me

Doing my Taxes is the only thing that frightens me

This is the first year I've put taxes off until the last minute, but once I got started the program was very easy to follow. I still get broadsided since Taxes only come once a year, but I trust Turbo Tax. I think I've used it for about 7 years. There must have been some changes in the program because I don't remember it being as easy in previous years. I'll try to remember the experience this year so I won't procrastinate so much next time. I retired last year and wondered how I'd get my regular pay/Social Security/Medicare/medical bills etc. in since I didn't remember seeing a lot of stuff concerning that last year. Well, every time I wondered what to do, I just pressed "Continue" and like magic - the answer came right up. The logical progression of the program is great. The program anticipated what I wanted to know/do and made this job a very pleasant one. I'm 67 and can't do Facebook without cursing, but your program is a dream. Thank you.
What's great about it: The refund counter is very good positive re-enforcement.
What's not so great: There are none I can find, especially compared with doing it by hand.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE ISSUE FILING WITH TURBO TAX. I REALLY APPRECIATED BEING WALKED THROUGH EACH DEDUCTION AND THE DOUBLE CHECKING FOR ERRORS. GREAT PRODUCT!
