Easiest filing ever!

The software has been improved since last year. I use Turbo Tax every year, but this year the transition from one item to the next was much simpler, with better guidance provided. Plus, the program remembered a form I started and then realized I didn't need, and asked if it should be deleted! Usually I have to remember to check for that kind of thing myself, and inevitably it takes forever to locate the form I want to delete. This year taxes were actually bearable to prepare!
What's great about it: I was able to import a huge chunk of information, making the forms much easier to fill out.

I've been submitting by Turbo Tax for over 10 years now and always find it simple, straightforward and comprehensive.
What's great about it: Clear, detailed, all the help you need
What's not so great: state efile costs went up

Great, Reliable Product

This is my third year of using TurboTax for federal and state income tax purposes. It is surprisingly fast even for my situation, with several sources of income and more than normal numbers of deductions. Very easy to use.
What's great about it: Ease of use and overall simplicity
What's not so great: Had trouble with medical expenses. Recommend showing all categories before looking at each one so we can plan ahead.

Fastest Yet!

I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and it keeps getting better. This year was my best experience yet. I completed my fed and state returns at one setting in an afternoon – a record for me. As usual, TurboTax led me step-by-step through the entire process, but this year's version seemed a lot faster and easier to follow. Not once did I have to search for additional guidance in tax help.
TurboTax is a winner. It not only saves me time and hassles, it also saves me the big bucks I'd otherwise have to pay some CPA.
What's great about it: Easier than ever to follow, fast & intuitive.
What's not so great: None that I noticed.

Turbo Tax is the way to go!

This is the second year we have used Turbo Tax, and we truly appreciate how thorough the whole process is! The program walks you through absolutely anything that you would need help with, and the instructions are easy to follow. I especially appreciate the 'Explain This' button under most categories or questions; I am learning more about the way taxes work every time I use this program!
I would highly recommend this program to any person who is interested in filing his or her own taxes. It saves us money in tax preparation fees, and it feels great to actually understand what is going on with our taxes! It is so easy to use! As long as Turbo Tax is around, I will be using it!
What's great about it: The program is very thorough and user-friendly! It is set up to give you the largest refund possible.
What's not so great: It simply takes time to go through all the questions, but it also gives you a peace of mind about the accuracy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 9-10 years and have found the program to be accurate and inproved year after year. With the changes in the tax code and other changes that the Federal, State & Local governments make to get our money, it is good to know you can rely on Turbo Tax to get the best tax return possible. Turbo Tax will minimize what you owe and maximize what is returned to you. Great job.
What's great about it: All items were covered for Federal, State & Local filings
What's not so great: Difficult to backup & make corrections/changes to info
