EASY AS EVER

HAVE USED TURBO TAX IN THE PAST, CLEAR & CONCISE, DIRECTIONS. THE WALK THROUGH SYSTEM IS GREAT NO MATTER HOW COMPLICATED YOU MAY THINK DOING TAXES IS. VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE ALL OF YOUR PAPERWORK RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR TAXES IN A TIMELY MANNER.
What's great about it: EACH STEP WAS CLEAR 7 COVERED ALL ITEMS NEEDED

bug in assests depreciation

Really dissapointed.
I spent 2 dozen different attepts to correct date of in service with no luck. had to finally elect "no entry" correct

Rather Easy

My husband has been doing our taxes for the past 10 years or so. I wanted to get back into doing them, to understand our financial status better. Your program really helped me delve into it with ease.
What's great about it: Quick help pop-ups and faqs
What's not so great: Some things weren't stated as simply as they could. Would have liked to skip over non-mandatory questions.

The program was relatively easy to use and offered several explanations, which is appreciated. It would be helpful if when filing a dependent's individual return, the information could pull from the parent's return, or if the parent's return could be more easily referenced rather than opening one and closing the other to switch between them for information. Also, it would be helpful if the terminology were the same as the IRS uses on their forms so it is easier to be sure you are referring to the correct item when entering information in Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Got my taxes done.
