Not crazy about perennial Small Biz glitch

I have used turbo tax for years and continue to be impressed with the ease of using it
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: none

There is no need to panic as you can easily follow the steps or ask for an explanation and go on. That simple.
What's great about it: step by step - super helpful

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and love it.
Listening to some friends grip about the program they use I have been glad I chose Turbo Tax.
I have even convinced them to change to Turbo Tax.

Used to pay a CPA several hundred dollars to do my taxes until I walked in unannounced and saw a teenager just inputting my info with out asking any questions. Every year I had to pay taxes. The next year I started with Turbo Tax and have received refunds. Thank you for being there.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is GREAT, so easy to use, affordable
What's not so great: No cons at all.

I found Turbo tax easy to use, mostly.
What's great about it: It is detailed and sequential. I got my taxes done

American Opportunity Credit bug

I have been using Turbo Tax for a LOT of years (decades). It is easy to use for even some of the more complex issues. I like that you can go thru answering questions, but easily switch to a specific spot to fill out information too. However, there is a bug in the American Opportunity Credit section. Our child has only been in college for 3 years (2 previous tax returns filled out) and it is showing maximum 4 years used. Please fix for next year. This made about a $2000 difference in our taxes.
What's great about it: ease of use to complete taxes
What's not so great: There is a bug when calculating years of use for American Opportunity Credit

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it is user friendly and It will let you know if you need additional information for other tax credit opportunities. I would recommend it to anyone!
What's great about it: Very detailed and easy to use!
What's not so great: sometimes does not explain worksheet changes that need to be made.
