Your the best!

Love this program! The only problem I had was that the desktop that we always have done this on crashed. Nothing transferred but was still easy and fast to do! You guys rock!!!
What's great about it: so easy and fast!
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Solid Performance

I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and it's never failed me in getting the information and data on the forms and submitted correctly.
What's great about it: Familiar product and format and always up to date.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Deduction problem

I had a difficult time entering the Sales Tax the program wasn't working right I had to manually enter the sales tax. If it wasn't for that snag I would have given five stars.

The Best!

I highly recommend Turbo Tax and wouldn't think of using anything else. I completed my state and federal return in just 1.25 hours....well worth the price of the software.
What's great about it: Safe, easy, reliable and effiecient.
What's not so great: None, so far.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Worst TurboTax EVER!!!

I have never been so uneasy filing my taxes. I suspect errors that I can't even locate due to the screen and hard copy print outs. They are awful. Nothing lines up in columns where it belongs and numbers print out all over the page. I hope my return doesn't get kicked back and I hope I did not over pay. I can't tell. I will have to evaluate other prep packages next year. Oh yes, it kept asking me to file a state income tax. Florida does not have one.
What's great about it: Filed but suspect errors i can't see
What's not so great: Worst print outs on screen and hard copy. Nothing lines up where it goes.
