Made it easy

My husband passed away in 2013, and I thought the tax forms would be confusing and frustrating. But, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The forms printed with the information about my husband's passing and I didn't have to face the empty box for his signature. The program also specified what forms to attach, so it was pretty easy.
What's great about it: I thought it would be complicated, but it was easy
What's not so great: a little slow to load sometimes

Simplified and Fast

Enjoyed the ease of loading and processing the software. The questions were direct and to the point. Loved the BACK button feature for things I was not certain I answered correctly. Overall a great and efficient experience. Will definitely use again next time around.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance that can't be beat.
What's not so great: None this time around.

Turbo Tax Review

We've been using Turbo Tax for years and really like it.
Did have a problem with installing the CD this year. Also an issue with rental income not responded to. Will still continue to rely on Turbo Tax for our tax software.

I have used Turbo Tax the last 10+ years. Each year, the program gets more comprehensive and easier to use. When I am done, I feel satisfied that a tax service could not have done a better job than I did. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Comprehensive questons. Fast.
What's not so great: No cons. Program worked perfectly!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

All in all not as user friendly as previous years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions. Goods evaluation handy.
What's not so great: Worksheets and forms are generated with no explanation of where numbers comke from.
