It's pretty straightforward

I'll keep using it. Although I don't understand my tax situation as well now as when I did it the hard way, I need the time. I also trust Turbotax more than the tax preparers I've used in the past.
What's great about it: Catches dumb mistakes; saves time; seems trustworthy
What's not so great: I understood my tax situation when I used pencil and eraser (long ago)

Stronger tutorials for those items that become new to couples, ie, buying a house, having a child, and entering college level education.

So convenient!

I've used TurboTax for a long time. Filing through the software is super convenient and easy to use. I just wish that it's able to view all previous years tax files. Luckily, I had saved downloadable TurboTax software from past years to view old tax forms.
What's great about it: I love the convenience of e-filing and getting direct deposit done.
What's not so great: Not able to view tax forms from several years ago.

Every year I use Turbo Tax and every year it is easy to use and makes my filing simplified.

Love the Turbo!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years, thought I needed an accountant at one time...was wrong and went back to Turbo Tax...worth every penny. In all the years I've used it, I've only had one notice from the state of NC that was entirely my oversight, not any error on the part of Turbo Tax. I do highly recommend it!!!!!!
What's great about it: easy, intuitive, comprehensive

Better than it was in 2010

Pros: The back button was easy to use and actually did what a back button should. There was minimal scrolling per screen. Cons: Loading CD to my computer took two tries and resulted in a system shutdown. As a teacher, there was ambiguity as to which section in (education vs. work expenses) some of my deductions belonged in. State tax e-file should be included fee-free.
What's great about it: Organization and functionality (effective back button, minimal scrolling, simple questions...)
What's not so great: CD install challenge; ambiguity of deduction types for teachers

I found TurboTax to be very easy to navigate. They have done their homework on each of the categories of the return process... they've left out nothing!! Will definitely use them next year!
What's great about it: I liked that the software is thourogh and accurate
What's not so great: Hate it that you don't know the cost to efile State return until your 2 clicks from the end of the process.

I've been using turbo tax for years. Today, it took me a good few hours to e-file my federal return - it kept rejecting it. I am very aggravated right now - you need to come up with something so your customers don't have to go through this.
