Another Great Refund

I will continue to use Turbo Tax because I trust the platform and it is the quickest way to complete the tax forms.
What's great about it: Thorough and double checks the details
What's not so great: Sometimes questioning is repetitive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Excellent Tax prepartation product

I have used Turbo Tax for years (more than 15). It has never let me down and has even, on occasion, stopped me from making a mistake.
I love the muti-year comparison now that I have used this product for several years. Multi-year comparison makes it easy to understand reasons for major differences in tax liability from year to year. It is also a good check to reduce the chance of errors through omission.
Good product; hard to understand why everyone does not use it instead of going to store front tax preparers.
What's great about it: Easy set up; easy to use; great picture
What's not so great: Better if you already know what is taxable and what is not.

Tax Filing

I would rate 5 stars except for the State filing charges, I had to pay it this year because I'm in a crunch, next year I won't. The price is to high!!! I feel insulted by the price!!

What's not so great: While I pay it, State tax filing charge is riduclous

Fast 'n Easy Tax Return

Being guided through the anxiety of preparing tax return, found it fast 'n easy. Used Turbo Tax Deluxe for 3 years now after being audited by IRS and the auditor told me to stop having somebody else do it for me (recommended the software I have been using now also).

I have been using TurboTax for several years. Each year the format gets easier. Remembers all my information from previous year. Excellent product.
What's great about it: Simple straight forward interface
What's not so great: Have to pay to e-file state forms

Turbo Tax 2014

I have never used a tax professional to submit my taxes, and when I filled in the forms by hand, it was not something I looked forward to. I have used Turbo Tax for several years now, which makes things far less stressful. I like the fact that a lot of information from the previous year's filing is available, as this helps me avoid forgetting to enter some items.
What's great about it: Takes a lot of the agony out of filing taxes
What's not so great: Navigation is a little slow
