Easy refund

I have used TurboTax for several years and will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: easy, self explanatory, loads on computer w/o difficulty
What's not so great: needs to have on-line live chat for assistance.

I wish I had started using Turbo Tax much sooner in my tax life then I did. I save so much time and feel safe and secure.

2013 with Turbo Tax

As I mentioned about, I like the interview format, however during the K-1 portion of the interview, I felt I was not asked the appropriate questions to add the information needed to complete the form. I therefore went directly to the form and completed the sections I needed.
What's great about it: I like being ïnterviewed" by the program to gather information that is then automatically filled in on the form.
What's not so great: In the ïnterview" section, I wanted to fill in the K-1 information, but I was never asked all the questions needed.

Best Tax Software for the money!

We used Turbo Tax for a number of years. One year we decided to change and use another famous tax software, the price was right. However, we came across difficulties when it could not handle a unique issue which we came across. Our taxes were delayed and we had to take our taxes to the federal office to get them straighted out. We contacted the tax software office and representatives. They could not assist us with the issue. The next year we decided not to go with the other famous tax software and returned to Turbo Tax. They were able to handle to same issue we encountered the previous year with out any difficulties or special downloads. We remain loyal to Tubo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Step by step instructions. Much needed for deductions.
What's not so great: N/A

Outstanding program!

Love TurboTax...have used H&R Block several times and seemed to have issues with printing and saving.
What's great about it: Easy step by step

TurboTax make filing your taxes easy!
What's great about it: Easy to understand, great instructions, & comprehensive explanations!
What's not so great: The updates slowed my E-File process, but it eventually validated and went through! Too longer than I thought it would.

I Love It More Every Year!

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and in the beginning it didn't work very well with Mac but I stuck with it and it just gets better every year. TurboTax is so easy that I couldn't imagine doing my taxes any other way. I love it!!!
