Easy Peasy

What's great about it: Transferring of information, ItsDeuctable is the way to go to get top dollar for your donated items
What's not so great: Why does the State e-filiing always seem to go up each year?

What's great about it: TURNS YOUR COMPUTER INTO A TAX EXPERT
What's not so great: IT CANT FIND A WAY TO CREATE MONEY

Quite pleased. Well worth the money.
What's great about it: Thorough. I'm convinced that all areas were well covered.
What's not so great: Less than intuitive navigation at certain points.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and Thorough

I just love TurboTax- I've been using it for years and I've never had any problems. It's very easy and intuitive to use, and I know from using it for so long that's it's accurate and thorough. I don't trust anyone to do my taxes, so this is a great asset for doing my taxes myself!

Issues with Multi-State

The Federal Married filing joint was o.k. and pretty easy. It is very cumbersome for State filing. For 2013, My spouse lived and worked in a neighboring state for the entire year. Trying to file Married-Joint Federal and two separate state tax returns was very difficult and required us to create several bogus returns and pull it together and mail them in.
What's great about it: Easy Guide to walk through
What's not so great: We had separate state taxes which was a problem.

What's great about it: Just had to input all the information
What's not so great: Wants to do Florida State Taxes even though there is no Florida Tax Return
