It gets the job done and in about a quarter of the time it would take to do it manually.

Overall, it is easy to use. I have used it for the last 6 years and find it easier than answering the same questions from a paid tax preparer.
What's great about it: Easy to use, in plain speak.
What's not so great: Difficult to find the New IRA option after you pass it by
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent program, property taxes is still manual, would like it to link or have a drop down for property taxes.
What's great about it: Flow of forms
What's not so great: Property tax info, nice to have a link.

I use Turbo tax every year for my tax preparation. I have a rental property so I choose the deluxe version. It covers all of my basis and makes sure I don't miss any deductions or credits. I love it!
What's great about it: Turbo tax makes sure to cover all the bases and that is great for me.
What's not so great: It consistently updates and that concerns me once I have completed doing my taxes.

I have been using Turbo Tax to file my taxes for the last 7 years. No disappointments. Very easy to use.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, convenience and priced right
What's not so great: The extra fee for the electronic filing

Great way to save a ton of money on tax prep!
We've gotten great results every year we've used turbo tax, makes no sense to go back to a tax preparer

What's not so great: can't go between married joinly/separately easily, have to go all the back
