Great Job

For 4 years in a row I have used the software. Short of having to do taxes, this is painless
The ONLY thing that would make this better is if I didn't have to do them at all!!!
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: None that I could Find

Stress Free Tax Time

I have been using TurboTax since 1993. As my tax situation has gotten more complex the software has handled it easily.
What's great about it: Simple and easy instructions
What's not so great: would like it simpler to go back to areas previously vistined and it keep earlier data while makig updates

First year using software and not a CPA, I feel totally safe and I am sure I got all the savings I could. The program asked me questions to jog my memory and had straight forward help buttons to explain what terms meant. It was a great value.
What's great about it: thourough, helful, felt safe using
What's not so great: hard to get back to certain screens easily

What's not so great: The handling of 401k rollovers was confusing for me.

Simple and easy to use

I feel very safe and confident with using Turbotax and will continue to use it in the future. I may send them in next time - I don't like the added costs at the end of filing.
What's great about it: Great for using in future years, everything is fowarded
What's not so great: added charges for e-file and notification

Good but needs improvement

The Guided interview makes it easy.
After entering your data through the guided interview, a summary is presented with totals and update/start buttons.
The problem with the summary is that you can't easily see the why. If you toggle forms, you get a list of all the forms which is overwhelming and confusing.

What the product needs is a way to toggle from summary line item to corresponding tax form detail, to dependent forms, to worksheets, and back (i.e. traverse back and forth).
Also, copy/paste from a prior year PDF into the guided form did not work. It made me type in all the data.
What's great about it: Nice Guided Interview
What's not so great: Can't toggle between summary and forms to see the why
