Overall good program

Overall a good program. Pretty quick and concise. The only complaint I have is some of the deductions are not very clear and locating some of the forms took alot longer than I would have expected.
Definitely takes alot of the pain out of tax time though. Will use again.
What's great about it: easy to use, as simple as taxes can be
What's not so great: resource heavy, lack of clarity on some of the 1099 documents

Efficiency Important

I am confident to complete my taxes in a reasonable time without much research on my part. This is the 10th or so year using TT and find it very useful. Only real downsides are: only a few quesitions/inputs are confusing now (more in past); and the cost for state filing is too high.
What's great about it: Copies last year's info.;
What's not so great: Still a couple of "what do you mean, Turbtax?" State filing cost too high.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This year is my 12th year using TurboTax. It gets better every year and the EasyGuide is much better than it has been.
What's great about it: Easy to use, good help menu and fast
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Super useful and easy to use

Have used for years now and consistently find that Turbo Tax steers me in the right direction. Like how we see last year's numbers next to this years data entry. It's Deductible rocks and saves us money every year.

Smooth Sailing

I've been using TurboTax for over a decade. Very straightforward route to a completed return. Pulling the information from the previous return to completion is 30 minutes most years.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and pain free.
What's not so great: A couple of things I had to dig for, but that's okay
