Fine Product, but watch for transfer errors

I've been using this product for over 20 years, since it was Macintax. Gets easier to use each year.
One problem I've noticed this year, and the past few years. When pulling last year's refunds or payments forward to the current year, the software gets the number wrong. Big-time wrong, like 20%. This has been noticed by other users. Intuit's had [;enty of time to fix it--today is 4/13--but hasn't. Mars an otherwise excellent product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, interview or direct-to-form options
What's not so great: Incorrectly transfers some previous-year data

SO Easy!

In less than the time it used to take me to gather all the paperwork needed to figure out our rather complicated taxes, I did them here.
What's great about it: Using TurboTax saved me from having to gather and read too many pieces of paper. Everything I needed was right there.
What's not so great: I do not like the red circle behind the check mark in your logo. Green, like go and money, would be nicer to look at.

used TurboTax for a number of years now and have never had an issue. easy to use, relatively simple, and I like the fact it will retrieve data and info from previous years

Easy as Pie Turbo Tax Experience

My experience utilizing Turbo Tax is easier than baking a pie. It takes me longer organizing my materials than it does for me to input the information and complete my taxes.
This is the best tax tool and service out there. It is like having experts at your fingertips.
What's great about it: Automatic Calculations
What's not so great: Remembering Passwords from Previous Year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

really stupid that I buy the turbo tax deluxe because it says that includes a free state but then it charges me for a state at the end. very frustrating!

I found this software very user friendly. The software guiding you through the process step by step makes it very easy to do your taxes.
