quick, painless, simple...

I sold a house last year and hesitated to do my taxes til the last minute, worrying that I would owe more money. turbotax walked me through it. no worries!
What's great about it: fast and easy just as promised.
What's not so great: n/a

I can choose to go right to areas I know well already without reading lots of instructions, but can drill down when I have a specific question

It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the e-file option would require 2012 1040 information.

E-Filing

I had to do a download before transmitting my federal return. I tried that twice and it did not work either time. I then quit TT and re-launched and it worked. I believe the instruction to quit TT and re-launch was missed by the TT software personnel.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: E-filing
